Pricing
The prices for door-to-door service include pick up, packing, loading, sea freight, clearing and transportation to one delivery address. Costs not covered are VAT and import duties

Arrival
Estimated arrival (ETA) dates can be given but does not guarantee these arrival dates of shipments.

The shipments will leave Bali as soon as a consolidated container is filled. After clearance the shipments will be delivered within 3 days. Shipments can stay in the warehouse for 5 days free, after it will cost Euro 0,50 per pallet per day with a minimum of Euro 25 per order

Payment
Payment of goods, transportation, VAT and import duties will have to be paid before delivery.

If payments are not made within 30 days after arrival in Rotterdam, The Export Service Centre has the right to sell the goods to recover all costs made to transport these goods.

Customs
When importing, customs have the right to do physical inspections, this can lead to unforeseen delays.

Transportation
Our forwarder in Rotterdam will expedite the goods. They work according to the FENEX conditions. www.fenex.nl

Insurance
The goods are insured for damage incurred during transportation. The value of goods is based on invoice value. To claim damage, a written report by an independent insurance claims adjuster needs to be submitted. The Export Service Centre submits these reports to the insurance company. The insurance company makes the decision which amount will be covered.
