FAQ - You Shop We Ship
  1. How much does it cost to send a CBM to Holland? Please kindly find below price list for your reference (pricelist link)

  2. Do you have a minimum weight /volume for sea freight shipment? How much does it cost for minimum volume/weight?
    There is no minimum weight for sea freight shipment/, yet there is a 0.5 M³ minimum volume for shipment to Benelux (zone1 countries), and 1 M³ for the rest of EU countries.

  3. Are there any additional charges beside the shipping cost?
    Yes, there will be a € 75 extra charge for shipping document per shipment.

  4. How long does it take to send the goods/cargo to Europe?
    Approximately 5-6 weeks, with 4 weeks transit time and 1-2 weeks of delivery time

  5. Will the goods be delivered to our house?
    Yes. We will send them directly to the delivery address as soon as the containers arrived in Rotterdam port and the goods are unloaded.

  6. How about the VAT and import duties in our countries? Can I pay them in Bali?
    Our agent in Rotterdam will send you the invoice for VAT and Import duties of your goods and you can pay them directly.

  7. What if I want to send, a preserved animal or natural material, such as glass, leather, etc, is that possible?
    Some materials are prohibited to be exported/ imported by Indonesian government, and the destined country, and we stick to that regulation. Please click on this link: www.douane.nl to check the list of goods that are prohibited to export/import.

  8. Is this Door-to-Door services available worldwide or only Europe?
    Our door to door service is mainly available for shipment service to EU countries; however we can provide you the quotation for other destination, if you inform us the detailed delivery address, commodity of your goods, total weight and dimensions of the packing.
